Nathanael's Baby Dedication

Nathanael was dedicated on church on Sunday, June 29th. It was nice to have Grandmommy & PePaw and Aunt Laura, Uncle Byron & Mattie come for the day. The service was after big church with approximately 10-12 other families. Here we are pictured with Pastor Paul. (my pics are so blurry- I think I had it on the wrong setting!)

Zman's Cast "es"

Zachariah is in his final days of his cast "es" (it is funny to have him tell you what it is called, he makes the cast plural) He has had two casts set- this one was black like "Power Rangers" & went all the way up his arm b/c he had a break near his wrist & near his elbow. He wore it for 3 weeks. He now has a new cast (not pictured yet) that is much shorter & blue. The best thing- both casts were water proof so he has showered in the last month & even gone swimming a time or two! :)

Nathan's Nursery

After nearly 8 months of being in our home (& 1/2 of Nathanael first year of life), I have finally completed his nursery! The nesting is complete....

A sweet place of lambs, bunnies & apple trees- perfect representation of our new home in Michgan. Many contributed- crib set from Me Me & Po Po, quilt holder, wall hangings & mobile from Grandmommy & PePaw, window treatments from Aunt Laura & Uncle Byron, a sweet cross from Gran Fran, Pe Paw's custom shelves and a few other things from friends, family & big brother's nursery!

Our Sweet Baby- 6 mos!

Nathanael turned 6 months last week- he continues to grow grow grow! At his 6 mos check-up, his height (90th %) started to outpace his weight (70%). He has two new bottom teeth, sits up with support (pictured here in his Bumbo from Grandmommy & PePaw) and wears 12 months clothes. He is our BIG, smiley boy!

Snow Ball Queen Mommy

Todd had a silly idea for Mother's Day. He custom made t-shirts made for Mommy with her 1989 Big Hair picture on it. It said, "Snow Ball Queen- My Mommy was!" Very very silly. Here they are wearing with pride!

Zachariah's Broken Arm

Shortly after Nathanael's "first" cereal, Zachariah had to keep up with a "first" for him- a broken arm! He was playing on the monkey bars & took a fall. We didn't take him to the Dr. right away (it was Friday night of Memorial Day weekend). He slept on it for a night and was incredibly sore the next morning and could not lift it. So, Daddy took him the Dr. who told him to get an X-Ray. He has two breaks in his forearm. Here he is in his temporary cast. He will get a new one at the beginning of the work week.
