Zeeland Pumpkin Festival Time

Zachariah was a participant in Zeeland's (the town we live) annual Pumpkin Parade. He loved riding for the hour, right next to his teacher, Mrs. Robyn. Daddy was not able to make it because he was attending a Notre Dame game with Brent Chism.

Todd's Turn

Pictured: James, Brian McSee, Sandi Patty, Todd Johnson and Sandi's pianist

Todd needs his turn in the spotlight. Recently, we met Sandi Patty, a reknown Christian artist at a local concert. We sat in the front row (about 8 feet from her) and met her backstage. A previous bandmember who toured with Sandi, Brian McSee, got us great seats. In fact, Brian sat behind us and was singing along with her. It was a bit of heaven for us that night! Brian is now friends of ours and one of the worship leaders at our church.

Todd absolutetly loves meeting famous people and even can mimic Sandi in a song or two. It is one of the many silly things that I love about him.

Zachariah the Helper

Zachariah loves to help Mom & Dad wherever and whenever. This is a pretty typical thing he does when we mow or work in the yard. I hope he will still be as willing in 8-10 years?!?

Clean Boys

Here is a picture of a "Rainy day" activity this week- the boys taking a bath together! It was over a half hour of play! I tried to get the video to upload but b/c nudity was involved, I believe it was sensored! :)

Nathanael on the move

Nathan started crawling nearly two months ago (now 10 months) He is having fun getting around. In this clip, he is even starting to "bear crawl""

Boys will be boys

This is a cute little snip-it of the brothers playing together:

Zachariah starts "Pre-K"

Zman started his second year of preschool. He specifically calls school, "Pre-K", emphasizing the "K" and correcting you if you call it anything else. This kid is ready for kindegarten next year today! He is going to Zeeland Public schools. We are excited to meet kids in our community and play with his new teachers, Mrs. Robin & Mrs. Geri in the Monkey room!
